Please keep receipt safe as you will be required to bring it along for the purpose of Return & Exchange.

Return or exchange is only allowed within the first 14 days of shopping.

Cash will not be refunded against the returned item, instead a credit voucher of the same amount will be issued which can be used to purchase anything from Our Store or Website.

Credit voucher can be redeemed within 30 days of its issuance date.

 Items sold under promotional or discounted prices are not exchangeable.

Cosmetics, Toys, Sprays & all Electronic items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items with missing accessories, such as remote controls, cables, cards, etc., and items with unsealed packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

If Available, the warranty of all electronic items is covered by the manufacturer/brand/ authorized distributor and not by

ZAKA STATIONERS.
